Return procedure

If you are not satisfied with the product or the fit is not suitable for your headphones, please contact us via the chat window on the bottom of the page or by email to hello@sweatcover.com.

Every order comes with a 100% money-back guarantee and you can return your sweatcovers anytime if your expectations are not met. Please follow the procedure below:

1. Please repack the sweatcovers including the white wash bag into the original packaging and close it carefully.

2. Write down the following address on the front of the envelope:

3. Please drop off the shipping envelope at the post office. For the shipping option we recommend the following combination: Großbrief (1,55€) including Prio-Option (1€). The Prio option is for your security, because you will receive a tracking code in this case. Please send us your tracking code by mail to hello@sweatcover.com for tracking purposes.

As soon as your return is received completely and in perfect condition, we will refund your purchase amount.
